Cozy yet open, the living room offers a large sectional sofa with two leather side chairs focused on a modern gas fireplace with a massive flatscreen television mounted above. Across the great room, the gourmet kitchen features professional appliances, all your cooking essentials, and a beautiful island with seating for four. In between the kitchen and living room, a generous dining area boasts a large table for 10, with a convenient wet bar that offers glassware and a wine fridge. Your guests will adore hanging out in the lower level family room, furnished with comfy seating, a large television, and the a well-appointed wet bar. Additional popular spots for apres ski are the spacious outdoor areas featuring a west-facing patio with a cozy gas fire pit plus another area boasting a private relaxing hot tub with views of the Breckenridge slopes.

Five well-furnished bedrooms were designed with comfortable contemporary elements for a restful night’s sleep throughout your stay. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom is furnished with a King bed and offers a private gas fireplace, a massive flat screen television, and a quaint deck. Indulgent and modern, the master bathroom boasts a deep soaking tub, a separate steam shower, and a large walk-in closet. Located on the main level, the guest master is outfitted with a King bed and includes a private bathroom with dual sinks and a shower. The three remaining guest rooms are all located on the lower level, offering plush bedding that includes a King in two bedrooms and two extra-long Twin over Twin bunk beds in the third, with the two King bedrooms boasting private bathrooms while the bunk room utilizes a bathroom in the hall.

Harris House offers a two-bay garage with additional designated parking for three more cars on the west side of the home. A generous mud room off the garage is the ideal spot to store and organize your party’s mountain gear. To access the slopes, guests can walk one block to the shuttle or drive half of a mile to the gondola. This incredible cabin is directly across the street from the Breckenridge Library and movie theater, and three blocks from Main Street’s restaurants, retail shops, and nightlife.
