Venture down the stairs from the living area where you will find another Queen bedroom, a full bathroom, a laundry room that connects the other "half of the home" where there is another bedroom with Two Twin beds on this level.

From this portion of the house, you walk up a flight of stairs to the second living area with a comfortable sitting space and television, two-person dining table, another full kitchen, and access to the rear yard where the private hot tub is located. This area also hosts a bedroom with a Queen bed and a full bathroom. Victorian charm, an amazing downtown location, and privacy for large groups and extended families make this home a truly unique Breckenridge vacation option.

Your vacation home is located in the heart of the historic district, so you can truly walk to everything in downtown Breckenridge. Groceries, restaurants, and shops are two blocks away on Main Street (just a two-minute stroll). You'll be a two-minute walk from the Free Ride shuttle stop, a half-mile stroll from the base of the Quicksilver Chair Lift (Peak 9), and two blocks from live theater.
