Featuring five bedrooms with four and a half bathrooms, this 4,800 square foot private home is nicely equipped to accommodate up to 18 guests with its multiple living spaces and unique layout.

In the living room, a large plush sectional sofa is centered on a wood-burning fireplace while a cozy atrium and sun room nearby provide the perfect spot to read and enjoy your morning coffee. Hart Haus’ kitchen is fully equipped and offers all the necessities including stainless steel appliances. In the adjacent dining room, a large table can seat 12 people with additional leafs and tables available to accommodate added guests if needed. On the lower level, a massive space is divided between a game room boasting a full sized pool table, bar stools and a large flat screen television, and a fitness space with ample equipment along with a couch and space to relax. From the main level, guests can access the incredible outdoor space featuring a multi-level patio complete with a private hot tub, wood-burning fireplace, picnic table and a gas grill.

Upstairs, the master suite offers a private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. The second bedroom utilizes a hallway bathroom with a full shower and unique vanity. Taking up the entire end of the upper level, the third bedroom boasts four separate sleeping areas making it ideal for groups and families, with a full bathroom connected to it. A fourth bedroom sits on the lower level and features a full bathroom. Off the dining room on the main level, an office has been converted to a fifth bedroom while additional bedding can be found in the lower level game room and in the private bungalow across the backyard.
