Designer furnishings adorn the cozy living room with a gas fireplace and flatscreen television along with window benches providing ample space for everyone to relax. Eight guests are accommodated at the adjacent dining area with an additional 4 bar stools and the breakfast bar. Overlooking the living room and dining area, the gourmet kitchen features upscale appliances with all of the amenities necessary to prepare tasty meals.

All three bedrooms are appointed with King beds, two include a private bathroom and one offers and additional Twin sleeper sofa. Set off of the living room is a cozy den space for the kids to watch a movie and includes a King sleeper sofa to allow for a total up to 9 guests in the residence. Prepare for the day of mountain adventure in the lower level gear room which opens directly onto the ski way, providing instant access to the beginner Fanny Hill ski trail. End the day with a relaxing soak in the private hot tub nestled on the lower level off of the ski trail.
