The adjacent dining area provides seating for 8 guests and sits next to access to the patio with a barbecue grill. Step down to the lower level to find a cozy family room with a large sofa and flatscreen television, game table, and a wet bar.

Five bedrooms are distributed over the three levels of the home. Furnished with a Queen bed, the main level bedroom includes a private bathroom. Two bedrooms with Queen beds are on the lower level, one offers a private bathroom while the other has an attached bathroom that is shared with the family room. The top floor includes the master bedroom with a King bed, 50” flatscreen television, and a private bathroom with a dual head rain shower. Also on the top level, the fifth bedroom features four Twin beds, two of which can be converted into a King bed with advance notice, and accesses the hallway bathroom.
