Featuring vaulted ceilings with a double-sided wood-burning fireplace in the center of the room, the living area offers a comfortably furnished sitting area set in front of the fireplace and flatscreen television with a game table off to the side. Access to the wrap-around deck with a barbecue grill is through glass doors in the living room.

On the other side of the fireplace is a dining area with another flatscreen television, a dining table with seating for 10 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen boasting a 6-burner gas stovetop, stainless steel refrigerator, double ovens and dishwasher, and granite countertops. A half bathroom sits off of the kitchen. An additional living space on the lower level includes a sofa, flatscreen television, and access to the lower deck.

Two bedrooms are located on the upper level, including the primary suite offering a King bed, leather armchair, flatscreen television, private access to a balcony and a private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The second bedroom has two Queen beds and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

On the lower level, the third bedroom is outfitted with a King bed, leather chair, flatscreen television, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a Queen bed. A full bathroom on the lower level features a separate vanity and a tub/shower combination.

Parking is available for up to four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking may also be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
