Walls of windows open fully to the wrap-around deck offering outdoor seating with a firepit and private hot tub. High-end appliances and polished-stone countertops adorn the open kitchen with breakfast bar seating for five. Just off of the kitchen is a dining area accommodating 8 guests.

Step down to the cozy family room on the lower level outfitted with a comfortable sofa, wall-mounted television, desk area and access to the back patio. Additional amenities include a laundry room, mudroom with plenty of gear storage, one car garage and parking for 1-2 extra vehicles in the driveway. Complimentary shuttle service is provided mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups.

Accessed via a unique floating staircase, the upper level primary bedroom is appointed with a King bed and private bathroom with stylish dual-sink vanity and glass walk-in shower complete with a soaking tub. Furnished with a Queen bed, one of the lower level guest bedrooms share a a full bathroom with the family room. Two additional guest bedrooms on the lower level share a Jack and Jill bathroom, one offers a Double bed plus a Twin bed while the other is equipped with a Twin-over-Queen bunk bed..
