Guest Rooms

Premium Hot Tub- These sleep two guests and include a dining table, two leather chairs, corner gas fireplace and kitchenette. A 340 square foot deck boasts a four-person hot tub offering views of Ballard Mountain and Ajax Peak.

Premium King- Sleeping up to four, these 560 square foot rooms offer a queen sleeper sofa, private balcony and kitchenette or mini fridge. Views are of Milk Run ski trail and the Telluride Valley.

Superior King- At 365 square feet, no Superior Kings are alike- yours may feature a balcony, gas fireplace, built-in work desk, or kitchenette. Multiple windows offer alpine views.

Standard King- These sleep two guests and offer 325 square feet of living space. Enjoy mountain and town views, a dining table and leather chairs along with a fireplace or balcony. May offer a kitchenette or mini-fridge.

Suites

Each one bedroom suite boasts spectacular views of the surrounding landscape and handcrafted Walnut King beds with pillow-top mattresses. Suites accommodate up to four guests with additional bed configurations in the generous living area. Many offer a fireplace, balcony and a soaking tub. Premium Hot Tub Suite- At 625 square feet, these luxurious suites offer either a King Wall-bed or queen sleeper sofa to go along with the King, both of which can be folded up during the day. Enjoy a large deck boasting a four-person relaxing hot tub and stunning views of Telluride.

Premium Suite- Enjoy a large living space and generous bedroom in these suites which range from 650 to 845 square feet. Sleep up to six with a King Wall-bed, queen sleeper sofa or both. All offer a fully stocked kitchenette and many feature balconies, gas fireplaces and additional bathrooms.

Standard Suite- At 450 square feet, these feature a quiet, private bedroom and roomy living space. A queen sleeper sofa can sleep two more guests by the roaring fire. A full kitchenette is also standard.

Penthouses

With sweeping views of Telluride Ski Resort, penthouses offer multiple balconies, oversized living rooms and cozy fireplaces. There are plenty of bedding options and all boast full kitchens and roomy dining areas. Each luxurious bedroom offers custom a Walnut King bed. Luxurious bathrooms feature heated, travertine-tiled floors, heated towel racks, and spacious travertine and glass shower stalls with rain showerheads.

Two Bedroom Penthouse- Anywhere from two to eight guests can vacation among 1,070 square feet of style and comfort. The large living area offers a fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, two club chairs and a dining room table featuring four leather chairs. A fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the culinary essentials. A corner gas fireplace and a queen sleeper sofa sits in the larger of the two bedrooms, while the other offers seating and lush furnishings.

Three Bedroom Penthouse- Enjoy 1,465 square feet of living space designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. There is plenty of seating, extra sleeper sofas and space for everyone to feel right at home. The living room offers a cozy sofa and chairs and a fireplace, along with an ample sized dining room table. Chefs will love the fully equipped kitchen which is brimming with all the necessities. Two of the bedrooms boast a private fireplace while all three bedrooms feature a private luxurious bathroom. Stunning vistas are standard from this penthouses two separate decks.
