Aspen's favorite watering hole since 1889, the J-Bar-with its authentic saloon ambiance, lively and casual atmosphere, and wide selection of draft and bottled beer and light fare -continues to attract a diverse mix of locals, tourists and celebrities. Open daily from 11:30 a.m.

Prospect Terrace
Enjoy the al fresco outdoor seating in the summertime at the Garden Terrace, where diners can enjoy the relaxed ambiance and unique cuisine while gazing at the breathtaking views of Aspen Mountain. Our menu features contemporary American cuisine that uses natural ingredients from local farmers to assure the highest quality organic and sustainable products. 

Prospect 

The hotel’s re-envisioned fine dining restaurant, Prospect, showcases traditionally inspired yet contemporary cuisine that is Auberge Resorts’ hallmark. Chef Rob Zack uses a farm to table approach in which high quality local and organic products are delivered daily. Classical techniques and preparations form our foundation while new trends help shape the menu’s balance of flavor, presentation and texture.

The Living Room

The lobby area, simply called the Living Room, has become Aspen’s gathering spot once again. The space is open and expansive and invites guests to relax and linger by the fire over small plates and drinks from the new lobby bar.
