Comfortably appointed and cozy, individual rooms at the Hotel Portillo do not include televisions as guests are encouraged to take part in the many activities, to utilize the facilities, and to disconnect from the day-to-day routine. Rooms come with telephones, safes, hairdryers, mini-bars, and Internet access (Portillo has Wi-Fi connection throughout the hotel as well as a modern Internet Room). Double Lake rooms include two twin beds or one queen size bed and offer a full bath. These rooms overlook the beautiful Inca Lake, the Plateau slope and the resort. Double Lake rooms with queen size beds can be requested, but their confirmation will depend on availability.

Double Valley rooms are equipped with two twin beds or one queen-size bed and offer a full bath. Double Valley rooms have views looking out over the Andes, the road, and the Conejo slope. Queen-size beds can be requested, but their confirmation will depend on availability

Double rooms located on the 6th floor have a lake view and balconies. The view and the extra balcony space make these rooms some of the most popular and sell-out quickly. Double Lake 6th Floor rooms with queen-size beds can be requested, but their confirmation will depend on availability.

Suites are located on the 2nd and 6th floors and all have lake views. Each suite features a bedroom with a queen-sized bed, dressing area, living area and balcony. The windows are larger than in the doubles, enabling guests to further enjoy the impressive view of Inca Lake.

Portillo Family Apartments are two interconnected rooms with one or two private baths. One room has either two twin beds or one queen-sized bed, while the adjoining room has four bunks. These rooms are ideal for families or groups of 4 to 6 people. Family apartments are available with valley or lake views. Queen-size beds can be requested, but their confirmation will depend on availability.
