Ideally outfitted for large groups with multiple families, this 4 bedroom vacation home with 3.5 bathrooms provides the most inviting space for relaxing and entertaining. Framed by a wall of windows that brings the surrounding forest right into the living space, the great room features a cozy sitting area with leather furnishings focused on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beam accents creates a feeling of space in this expansive setting. Overlooking the living room is a contemporary kitchen boasting stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. The adjacent dining area provides bench and chair seating for 8 guests and sits next to glass doors accessing the deck with barbecue grill and outdoor furnishings.

Located on the lower level, the family room offers a sitting area with a large sofa and flatscreen television, the ideal place to retreat away from the larger group to enjoy a movie or the big game. Step out to the back yard to relax in the private hot tub, set in the trees, as you take in the spectacular Rocky Mountain sunsets.

Located on the main level, the primary bedroom is framed by windows and equipped with a King bed and private bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. Set off of the family room, the guest primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, offers access to the back patio and hot tub, and includes a private bathroom with a walk-in shower. Two bunk rooms share a hall bathroom with a combination shower/tub, one has a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and Full on the bottom plus a Twin Trundle while the other offers two sets of Twin Bunk beds.
