Full Description

Vaulted ceilings and large windows create a bright and inviting atmosphere in the living area of this 3 bedroom townhome with 3 bathrooms where your group of up to 6 guests will enjoy all of the comforts of home within a short walk to the ski slopes. Quality furnishings are arranged in front of a gas fireplace and television in the cozy living room which is open to the adjacent dining area and kitchen. Six guests are accommodated at the dining table and five can sit at the breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops are featured in the fully equipped kitchen which overlooks the dining area and living room.

Above the living room is a small loft area appointed with a sofa and table, the ideal spot to read a book or just relax away from the rest of the group. Equipped with a dining table and barbecue grill, the back patio is peacefully nestled in the Aspens.

Three tastefully appointed bedrooms provide the ideal bedding for families. Located on the upper level, the primary bedroom is outfitted with a King bed and private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Also on the upper level, one of the guest bedrooms has a Twin over Queen bunk bed and an attached bathroom. Located on the main level, the other guest bedroom offers two Twin beds and utilizes a full bathroom shared with the living area.

Icegrass Chalet is just a short walk to the Arrow Bahn Express ski lift, Vista Restaurant, hiking trails, the Arrowhead Community pool, hot tub and tennis courts as well as the paved recreation path. If you’d rather start skiing from Beaver Creek Village, you can take the complimentary Village Connect shuttle service that is available from 8:15 AM – 5:30 PM.
