Overlooking the living room is the gourmet kitchen stocked with all the essential cookware and tableware for tasty meal preparation with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Six guests are accommodated at the breakfast bar while the adjacent dining table provides seating for 8 guests and the breakfast nook seats 4 around a circular table.

Above the living room is a loft outfitted with a sitting area with a television, wet bar and pool table. A glass door off the breakfast nook leads to the back patio appointed with large chairs around a fire pit and the private hot tub. Also on the main level is a half bathroom and laundry area.

Furnished with a King bed, the main level primary bedroom includes a gas fireplace, sitting area, private entrance to the patio and a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower with tile surround and a separate soaking tub. Another bedroom equipped with a King bed plus a Twin day bed with a Twin Trundle bed that pulls out from underneath is located on the upper level and enjoys a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, walk-in shower with tile surround and a separate soaking tub. Also on the upper level is a guest bedroom with a Queen bed and private bathroom as well as a bunk room offering a Twin over Full bunk bed that utilizes the bathroom shared with the loft space that boasts a steam shower..
