Featuring an open floor plan, the entry level offers a comfortably appointed living area, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area, and one of the bedrooms. The cozy living area includes a Queen Sleeper Sofa, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV/DVD player with access to the deck with gas grill and table with 4 chairs. The bedroom on this level has a Queen bed and accesses the hallway full size bathroom with shower/tub and single vanity sink. 

One the second level is the master bedroom with Queen bed, flat screen TV/Blu-ray player and complex views. There is access to a hallway full bath with shower/tub and single vanity sink. In the loft area is a Twin Bunk and a Twin bed. This room has access to the hallway bath. There is a ski locker on the ground floor of the building for your skis and gear. This property comes with full access to the Elkhorn amenities and you can access the bike path which runs through the Village area.

Complex Features: Indian Springs Condominiums are located in the heart of Elkhorn Village, within walking distance to the free shuttle and Elkhorn Clubhouse. The Clubhouse and restaurant at the Robert Trent Jones golf course is the focal point of the Elkhorn Resort during the summer. There is a swimming pool, hot tubs and tennis courts at the Elkhorn Village and the amenities pass also gives you access to additional recreation at the Harker Center. The free shuttle picks up about 2 blocks away and will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort and Elkhorn Resort.
