Glass doors open the living and dining area to a spacious, furnished deck for year-round enjoyment. Fire up the grill on blue-bird days, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit, or dine al fresco on the deck while taking in the Lone Peak views. A private hot tub on the ground level patio offers a place to rejuvenate after a day on the slopes.

Designed for entertaining, the great room is set under vaulted ceilings and features a cozy sectional sofa and plush armchairs situated in front two-story fireplace and a large television equipped with Sonos. Prepare scrumptious meals in the fully equipped kitchen outfitted with high-end appliances, a breakfast bar seating 3, and open to the adjacent dining area accommodating 10. Enjoy the great outdoors from the back deck, complete with a firepit area, barbecue grill, and alfresco dining table.

Step down to the lower level family room with a ping pong table, poker table, and cozy fireplace for endless entertainment. Adjacent to the game area is an additional living space appointed with an oversized couch and television. Off of the family room is an office/den equipped with a Queen sleeper sofa providing additional sleeping arrangements and a dedicated workspace.

Located on the main level, the the primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed set under a vaulted ceiling that affords large windows exposing breathtaking views and includes a gas fireplace as well as a private bathroom with a steam shower and a soaking tub. Three guest bedrooms are on the lower level, all have outdoor entries accessing the private hot tub area. Two guest bedrooms are furnished with King beds, one enjoys a private bathroom while the other shares a bathroom with the family room. Appointed with a Queen bed plus a Twin bunk bed, the final bedroom includes a private bathroom.
