Step through glass doors to the upper level deck for a close-up view of the surrounding mountains. 

Set off of the living room, the dining area provides seating for 12 guests while the breakfast bar offers 5 stools. Chefs in the group will love the contemporary kitchen appointed with granite countertops, custom cabinetry and high-end appliances with access to a side deck hosting a table and barbecue grill. A large laundry and gear room sits off of the kitchen and includes access to the upper level den featuring a sitting area with a television and a foosball table. 

Located on the lower level, the expansive family room is centered on a sitting area in front of a gas fireplace and wall-mounted television. Fun and convenience is offered by the comprehensive wet bar, pool table, shuffleboard table and private hot tub on the back patio with a summertime fire pit in the yard.

Set off of the Great Room, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed, gas fireplace, private deck and luxurious private bathroom equipped with dual vanities, deep soaking tub and steam shower. Two guest bedrooms share a bathroom, one has a King bed and direct access to the bathroom while the other is a bunk room with Twin over Full bunk plus a Twin Trundle that pulls out from underneath. Two additional bedrooms on the lower level are outfitted with King beds and include private bathrooms, one also offers a Twin sleeper chair
