Ivy House sits just off historic Park City’s Main Street and is only two blocks from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort. Boasting five spacious and well appointed bedrooms, along with ample space for your party to spread out and enjoy their ski vacation, this private alpine home is nicely equipped for groups of up to 18 people. A complimentary shuttle stop is located right across the street for easy access to anywhere in the area including Deer Valley, the Canyons and beyond.

A formal living room boasts classic Victorian furnishings and is a comfortable space to relax and talk about the day’s adventures. Ivy House’s kitchen is open and spacious and offers all the essentials for whipping up meals of any kind. An adjacent dining area features a large glass table with seating for up to 10 guests. From the dining area, a few steps lead to a sunken family room offering comfortable couches, a large flat screen television and a roaring fireplace. As if two rooms to unwind isn’t enough, an additional family room features leather sofas, a wet bar and a pool table, allowing guests to sprawl out for maximum enjoyment. Each of the multiple balconies located throughout the home boast scenic views of the neighborhood and or mountains. Ivy House also offers a full gym for those desiring alternative workouts to the slopes.

Spacious and offering a separate sitting area, the master suite also features a private bathroom. Three guest rooms all include an additional Murphy bed for added sleeping accommodations, while the fifth guest room is ideal for the younger set and is outfitted with a seating area and a large flat screen television with an Xbox system.

Booking a vacation at Ivy House allows for temporary membership to Club Lespri, Park City’s Boutique Inn for access to their spa and world-class restaurant.
