Juniper Landing Villa is a 1,996-square foot townhome with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The townhome features rich textures of wood, granite, and leather throughout its spacious layout. Open and inviting, the living area features a gas fireplace and furnishings that are perfect to cozy up to on a winter night. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and features high end appliances with beautiful marble counter tops that overlook the living area.

Located on the main level off of the living area, the Master Suite features a cozy fireplace, king bed, television, and luxurious ensuite bath with his and hers sinks, a soaking tub and walk-in closet. The guest suite offers a fireplace, television, king bed and ensuite bath. The bunk room features a fireplace, television, 1 Queen over Queen bunk bed (2 queen beds total), and an ensuite bath.

Juniper Landing Villa includes a washer and dryer, as well as a private balcony with hot tub for your enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the views in privacy. Or, if you’d prefer a bit of company, Juniper Landing’s courtyard features a Junior Olympic-sized outdoor pool, a fitness center with a hot tub and steam shower, and a central fire pit. Finally, for your convenience Juniper Landing Villa features a new boot dryer and 2-car garage, which is perfect for storing your vehicle and ski gear. Please note there is no parking outside of the garage.
