A sitting area with a sofa, chair, and flatscreen television as well as access to the back deck with barbecue grill and the yard, where you will find the private hot tub, is off the smaller dining area.

Four bedrooms are spread over the three levels of the home, providing an extra level of privacy for the group. The main level master suite is furnished with a King bed, has access to a large private deck, and includes a private bathroom with dual vanity sink, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Located by itself on the lowest level is a bunk room with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Double on the bottom, this room includes a private bathroom with tub/shower combination. Another master suite is located on the upper level, this large room offers a King bed, sitting area with a gas stove, private deck, and private bathroom with dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and walk-in shower. Also on this level is the fourth bedroom equipped with two Double beds, a gas fireplace, and a private bathroom with dual sink vanity and tub/shower combination.
