Framed by a wall of windows that open to the large deck with views of the National Forest that borders the residence, the cozy living room offers comfortable furnishings set in front of a gas fireplace and flatscreen television. Open to to the living room, the fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and granite countertops with a breakfast bar that seats five. The adjacent dining area, with seating for eight, takes advantage of the large windows that allow light to pour into the living area. Step down to the lower level where you will find a large sitting area with a sectional sofa and flatscreen television. Just outside is a private hot tub bordered by a grove of aspen trees.

Three bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels providing an added level of privacy and sleeping arrangements for up to 10 guests. Occupying the uppermost level is a spacious master suite furnished with a King bed set under vaulted ceilings and featuring a private bathroom with a jetted tub and stall shower. Located on the main level off of the living room is another bedroom equipped with a King bed and a private bathroom with a combination tub/shower. Offering a King bed plus a Twin bunk bed, the lower level bedroom accesses a full bathroom shared with the family room. A Queen sleeper sofa in the family room provides additional sleeping arrangements.
