Centered on a gas fireplace and television, the living area offers comfortable furnishings set under a vaulted ceiling. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with seating for 6 guests and a breakfast bar that seats 4 more. Upscale appliances and polished stone countertops adorn the gourmet kitchen overlooking the living and dining areas.

Featuring a unique split-level layout, each of the four bedrooms is located on their own floor. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom is on the lowest level of the residence and includes a gas fireplace, access to the back patio with a private hot tub, and a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a walk-in shower.
