Framed by massive windows that allow breathtaking mountain views to fill the living space and set under two-story ceilings, the living room in this 6 bedroom private vacation home with 4.5 bathrooms is a sprawling space boasting multiple sitting areas appointed with designer furnishings, a wood-burning fireplace and access to the wrap-around deck. Just off of the living room is a dining area with seating for 8 guests and adjacent breakfast bar with 3 stools. Chefs in the group will love the gourmet kitchen featuring high-end appliances, including a 6-burner gas range with double ovens, that is open to the dining area and living room. 

La Vista House offers a wonderful selection of preferred amenities that will help enhance your vacation experience. Located on the lower level is a spacious family room with a comfortably furnished sitting area, television, ping-pong table and access to the back patio with a private hot tub. Additional amenities include 3 Roku-enabled TVs, hot tub, sauna, wraparound deck, gas grill, audio system, 2 washers/dryers, and WiFi. In-floor radiant heat throughout makes for a cozy return from the slopes! Sleds, games and puzzles are available for guest use.

Six bedrooms are spread over the multiple levels of the residence providing bedding for up to 15 guests. Set on the upper level, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed, sitting area, gas fireplace, walls of windows, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub and walk-in shower. Two guest bedrooms are furnished with bunk beds and include private bathrooms, one has a King over King bunk while the other has a Queen over King bunk. Three guest bedrooms offer Queen beds, the one on the upper level also doubles as the second laundry area.

Note that there is a studio apartment below the garage with a separate entrance that the owner occasionally uses for overnight stays.
