Full Description

Set under vaulted ceilings, the main level Great Room of this 5 bedroom private vacation home with 4.5 bathrooms is framed by a wall of windows that brings the Winter Park ski slopes right into the living room. Comfortable furnishings are arranged in front of a gas fireplace and television in the cozy sitting area which flows into the kitchen and dining area. Seating for 8 guests is offered at the dining table with 6 more accommodated at the adjacent breakfast bar. Chefs in your group will love the contemporary kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances and polished stone countertops.

Relax on the large deck off of the dining area where you will enjoy close-up views of the mountains while grilling up dinner. After a day of mountain adventures, the private hot tub on the lower level patio promises to sooth your aching muscles. Back inside you will find two additional living areas, one is a den outfitted with a cozy sitting area, television and ping pong table. The family room boasts a large sofa in front of a television, ideal for movie watching, plus a poker table.

Set off of the living room on the main level, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed and a private bathroom. Four bedrooms are located on the lower level, two are furnished with King beds and include private bathrooms. The two remaining lower level bedrooms share a bathroom, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other is perfectly appointed for all of the kids with 4 sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds plus a Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Lakota Retreat is located directly across the road from the Winter Park Ski Resort & on free shuttle route, making getting to the slopes and all of the downtown attractions extremely convenient. Two cars are accommodated in the heated garage and two can be parked in the driveway.
