Upon entering Lazy Bear Residence you encounter an open and inviting living area designed for entertaining. Comfortable furnishings with plentiful seating and floor to ceiling windows framing the living space provides a relaxing atmosphere for the entire group. For additional ambiance, the two-sided rock fireplace will surely delight with it’s crackling and flickering light to not only the living room but the gourmet kitchen as well. Send mouth watering aromas through the kitchen and dining room from your deliciously cooked meals on the six burning gas cook-top. Or, just enjoy chats at the kitchen bar while the cook prepares the evening meal. Once the meal is complete, enjoy your feast the adjacent dining room table with seating for six and bar that seats 3 more.

Two of Lazy Bear Residence's 4 bedrooms are located on the main level while the other two are on the upper level off of the loft. Furnished with a King bed, the Beowulf Master Suite features a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and a private bathroom with a jetted tub, dual vanity, and glass stall shower. Across the hall resides the King Bear Suite sleeping two in a King bed and offers a private bathroom with a glass stall shower and access to the back of the home where you will find the private hot tub.

Venture to the upper level where the kids will find their own hangout. The Kodiak’s Troop room offers a comfortable sofa and large TV plus enough bedding for up to 6 with a Full and Twin bed plus a Captain's Bunk with a Twin over a Full bed. Equipped with a Queen bed, the Moon Bear Queen room has a flat screen television and shares a hall bathroom with a stall shower with the Kodiak's Troop room.

Lazy Bear is minutes to Breckenridge’s iconic Main Street, the Breck Free Ride and the Breck Connect gondola! You can either walk 10 minutes down to town for shopping and restaurants or take a 4 minute walk to the nearest free shuttle stop one street below.
