Together these two residences, Linksview North and Linksview South, comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests in 8 bedrooms with 8.5 bathrooms. Vaulted ceilings and walls of windows frame the living areas in each residence where guests will enjoy relaxing on quality furnishings set in front of a fireplace and television. Chefs in the group will appreciate the well-appointed kitchens, boasting professional-grade appliances and granite countertops, that overlooks the living room. Both residences have dining tables that seat six, with additional seating at the kitchen counters.

Family rooms provide plenty of entertainment on the lower levels of each residence. The South side features a pool table while the North portion enjoys an oversized hot tub on the main level deck.

Linksview Grande has a combined 8 bedrooms. On the South side, two of the Queen bedrooms are on the main level, one includes a private bathroom with tub/shower combo while the other utilizes a hall bathroom with shower. Appointed with a King bed, gas fireplace and private bathroom with tub and separate shower, the primary suite occupies the entire upper level. Located on the lower level, one guest bedroom is outfitted with a Queen bedroom and attached bathroom with a set of Twin bunkbeds in the family room providing additional sleeping accommodations.

Located on the upper level of the North side, the primary suite offers a King bed, fireplace and a private bathroom with a unique marble soaking tub, steam shower, and a large walk-in closet and dressing room. There’s a second King bedroom enjoying a private bathroom perched on the upper level. Furnished with a Queen bedroom, the third upper level bedroom also include a private bathroom. Perfect for the kids in the group, a bunk room on the lower level has two sets of Twin bunks and accesses a hall bathroom shared with the family room.

For your convenience both residences have laundry rooms and garages. There’s parking for one car in Linksview North. The garage in the South residence accommodates two vehicles. There is additional parking on the shared driveway. For your convenience, enjoy complimentary use of the on-demand, first-come, first-served shuttle service, from mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. Additionally, the residence is located adjacent to the Vail Golf Course (Vail Nordic Center in the winter) and approximately 25 yards from the Town of Vail bus stop.
