Set under two-story high ceilings and framed by a wall of windows that bring the most breathtaking mountain views right into the living area, the spacious living room features a large sectional sofa with a flatscreen television on one end and a double-sided gas fireplace on the other end. Overlooking the living room is a spacious loft area outfitted with a comfortable sofa, flatscreen television, and desk. Step out to the large deck that offers views of all of downtown Steamboat as well as those majestic mountains. 

Open to the living room and dining area, the double-sided fireplace sits between the two rooms providing an unobtrusive separation between the two areas. Seating for 8 guests is afforded at the large dining table while another three are accommodated at the adjacent breakfast bar. White and grey marbled granite countertops, stainless appliances, a four burner gas stove, and custom cabinetry adorn the expansive kitchen that overlooks the dining area. Another large, covered deck off the dining room, complete with a grill and a view of Steamboat's ski slopes, is host to the private hot tub. 

Located on the main level, the master suite offers a King bed, flatscreen television, and private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower. Two bedrooms on the upper level include attached bathrooms, one is furnished with two Queen beds while the other has a Queen bed plus a Twin bunk bed. Furnished with a Queen bed and including a private bathroom, the fourth bedroom is situated on the entry level. Every bedroom boasts large picture windows and ceiling fans to let in the fresh air and keep you cool in summer.
