Little Red Ski Haus is a unique Aspen vacation rental located just a few blocks from the base of the slopes and the heart of downtown Aspen, this massive private vacation home features an abundance of space and character. At over 6,600 square feet, this 10 bedroom private residence with 13.5 bathrooms is the ultimate Aspen vacation choice for multiple families, large groups or corporate retreats. Designed for entertaining, the Little Red Ski Haus is finely appointed to accommodate as many as 36 guests who appreciate quality, privacy, and easy access to all of the fun and culture in Aspen.

From the grand entrance to the designer furnishings and outstanding amenities, relaxation and luxury are the themes of the Little Red Ski Haus. Featuring a formal sitting area richly appointed with dark woods, elegant furnishings, and a fireplace on the entrance level plus a more relaxed living room with stone fireplace and entertainment system on the lower level, there are a variety of living spaces spread over the multiple levels of this special Aspen vacation home. Whether there is a chef in the group or a private chef is hired, the gourmet, commercial-style kitchen with granite countertops and upscale appliances is a cooks dream. An adjacent dining room offers multiple seating areas, a massive bar area, gas fireplace, and a flat screen television. Ideal for meetings or family gatherings, the conference room includes two flat screen televisions and a private bathroom.

Amenities abound in the Little Red Ski Haus. An elevator makes accessing the multiple levels of the home easy for everyone in the group. Entertaining is the focus whether sitting around the full bar with adjacent game table or relaxing in the outdoor hot tub after a day on the slopes of Aspen, Snowmass, Buttermilk or Aspen Highlands. And the mud room with ski lockers makes organizing equipment for large groups very convenient.

Ten bedrooms, including 3 one-bedroom Suites, 2 Junior Suites and 5 king-bedrooms, are distributed throughout the Little Red Ski Haus offering an added level of privacy for larger groups. Each bedroom is unique in design and decor. While three of the bedrooms are master suites, all rooms include private bathrooms and offer flat screen televisions. Named after runs on Aspen Mountain, the lodge’s ample bedrooms and suites, each with en-suite bathrooms have either whirlpool baths or steam showers and offer privacy throughout four distinct areas. All bedrooms have plush beds, linens, robes and Hermes toiletries.

Vaulted ceilings and skylights give the 1888 lodge an airy feel. The Little Red also boasts gym equipment, an ADA elevator, hot tub, and an expansive great room with a commercial kitchen, 20-foot bar, seating for 18, gas fireplace and media center.

Staffing for the lodge will be customized depending upon the needs of the guests with an a la carte menu to include chefs, massage therapists, trainers, drivers, bartenders, butlers and housekeeping services.
