Perched just steps from ski-in/ski-out access to the Telluride ski slopes, this luxurious townhome style log cabin places you right on the mountain and just a short distance from the heart of Telluride's Mountain Village core with dial-a-ride shuttle access available. Featuring 4 bedrooms plus a loft with 3.5 bathrooms and multiple living areas, Lodges at Sundance 108 provides the ideal vacation retreat with plush furnishings, a gourmet kitchen and prime ski slope access.

Spacious and open, the Great Room sits on the third level of the residence and boasts vaulted ceilings allowing for exposed beams with log walls and log accents throughout. Comfortably furnished, the living room centers on a gas fireplace and television and is framed by a wall of windows exposing ski slope views. Equipped with upscale appliances and polished stone countertops, the gourmet kitchen includes a breakfast bar with seating for 2 guests. Two dining areas are off the kitchen, one is a built-in breakfast nook while the other is a dining table seating 8 guests that is adjacent to the back deck offering outdoor seating and a barbecue grill.

Four bedrooms are spread over split levels in the residence. Two guest bedrooms are located one floor up from the entry level, one is furnished with a King bed and enjoys a private bathroom while the other offers two Twin beds and accesses a full bathroom in the hallway. One half level up is a bunk room equipped with a Twin over Twin bunk, a half bathroom, and access to the laundry.

Situated on the top floor, the primary suite is appointed with a King bed, direct access to the back patio with the private hot tub, a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the loft sitting area overlooking the living room below.
