On the first level is the spacious entry way and 2 car private garage as well as access to the dumbwaiter that runs throughout the house, making for easy luggage and grocery delivery to the upper living levels. Located on the second level are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and en suite bath and one with a queen bed and a full bath in the hallway. The next level is the den/TV room with a large queen sleeper sofa as well as full bath, outdoor patio area, and laundry room.

Spacious and open, the Great Room is a few steps up from the den and includes a dining table with seating for six people that sits adjacent to the living room furnished with a plush couch, and floor to ceiling stone fireplace – a perfect place to cozy up on a winter night. The full gourmet kitchen, equipped with upscale appliances and granite countertops, includes a breakfast bar with additional seating and overlooks the living space. Off of the living room is a large deck where you will be awed by the expansive views of the mountain tops.

The top floor master suite provides a getaway all of its own with a plush king bed, giant walk in closet, and full ensuite bath with his and hers sinks and steam shower. There is also a small patio area surrounded by Pine trees and the hillside off the master bedroom. Finally, an additional loft space overlooks the living area. While not furnished, it is a great space for yoga, stretching after skiing, or an additional kid space.
