Tucked up against the mountainside just a quarter mile from the Park City Mountain Resort affording guests about a ten minute walk to the slopes and free shuttle service, Lowell 1157 is a spacious four bedroom plus loft, four bathroom duplex vacation home ideally designed for multiple families, couples, and groups of up to twelve friends. On the main level guests will find an inviting living room with quality furnishings centered on a stone fireplace and large screen television. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area that seats eight and a breakfast bar that seats three. The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and is open to the dining area. Relaxing in the private hot tub after a day of fun on the slopes is certain to be a favorite activity of everyone in the group.

Four bedrooms are spread throughout the multi-level residence offering a variety of bedding suited for couples and families. A King bed is offered in the master suite which includes a private bathroom. Two of the guest bedrooms as well as the loft area are furnished with Queen beds and the Bunk Room is equipped with two Twin Bunk Beds to accommodate four.
