The adjacent dining area offers an oversized wooden table with bench seating, to gather for group meals or to double as game night central. Down one level, you’ll love the generous family room space, offering a pool table, a games table and a roaring fireplace. There is also a dart board, a variety of board games and a small bar for guests to enjoy. From this space, you can access an oversized patio with seating, plus a relaxing private hot tub.

Bedrooms at Lowell Estate are all perched on the home’s upper level with a luxurious private bathroom for each. In the master, enjoy a private fireplace, a massive flat screen television and a seating area. Two of the remaining bedrooms offer private fireplaces, while all three boast a flat screen television. Guest rooms feature a variety of bedding configurations, including futons for added guests.

Lowell Estate sits three blocks from the slopes at Park City Mountain Resort, and a short walk from Old Town’s dining, shopping and nightlife. The property offers a private two-car garage, plus room for two more vehicles in the driveway.
