Step down from the entry level of this 3 bedroom private vacation home with 3 bathrooms to find an open living space set under vaulted ceilings. Comfortable furnishings, including a Queen sleeper sofa, are arranged around a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room that flows into the dining area and kitchen. Six guests are accommodated at the dining table while three more can dine at the adjacent breakfast bar. Granite countertops appoint the kitchen that overlooks the living room and dining area.

Three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the residence which includes bedding for up to 8 guests when utilizing the sleeper sofa in the living room. Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite boasts a private balcony and private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and combination tub/shower. Two guest bedrooms share a hallway bathroom, one is outfitted with a Queen bed while the other offers two Twin beds.

Luxuriate in the private six-person hot tub after a day on the slopes. The covered patio is appointed with a gas grill. Stroll 5 minutes from your front door to the Payday Express Lift for access to all of the Park City slopes! At the end of the day, the King’s Crown ski run brings you to within a short walk to the residence located just across the street. Park City's eclectic shops, restaurants and nightlife are less than a mile away, walk there in 15 minutes or catch a free ride from the shuttle stop located within a 3 minute walk.
