Designed for entertaining, the living room of this 5 bedroom vacation home with 5.5 bathrooms offers a variety of designer sofas and chairs arranged in front of the fireplace and flatscreen television with walls of windows framing the living space. The adjacent dining table provides seating for 8 guests, 4 more are accommodated at the breakfast bar, 3 at the kitchen island, and there are furnished patios for grilling, dining and relaxing while admiring the panoramic valley and mountain views. Chefs in the group will love the gourmet kitchen boasting granite countertops, custom cabinetry, and high-end appliances including a Wolf 36-inch stove and a wine fridge.

One of the highlights of this property is the outdoor living space, complete with a private hot tub and fire pit. After a day of skiing, hiking, or exploring the area, you can unwind in the hot tub and take in the stunning views of the surrounding mountains. The fire pit is the perfect spot to gather with friends and family as you enjoy a night under the stars.

Located on the top level, the primary bedroom suite includes a library with a comfortable lounge chair and a rolling ladder. The spacious bedroom is appointed with a King bed, flatscreen television, washer/dryer, and private bathroom with a jetted tub and steam shower.

Additional rooms offer plenty of space for family and guests, including a lower-level bedroom furnished with a Queen bed and including a private bathroom. Three bedrooms are located on the main level, one offers a Queen bed, another is equipped with a King bed plus a Twin bed, and the third is a large bunk room outfitted with two sets of Twin bunk beds plus a Double bed. All bedrooms enjoy either private or attached bathrooms.

Lupine Retreat is just steps from Gore Creek and 100 yards from the Town of Vail bus for easy access to Vail Village and the ski slopes. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy fishing, kayaking, and rafting on the Eagle River, just 11 miles west. The Vail Golf Club is located just over three miles west, and Vail Village is four miles away, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
