Sliding glass doors provide access to the outdoor deck which features a gas grill along with superb views of Breckenridge Ski Resort’s Peaks 7 & 8. Back inside in the open kitchen, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the culinary necessities allow the chef in the group to create masterful cuisine while still being able to entertain and chat with fellow guests. There are four stools at the breakfast bar and room for six in the adjacent dining room allowing everyone to eat at once. After a day of making turns or adventuring in Summit County, guests can step out on to the lower patio and relax in the private outdoor hot tub set under the gorgeous alpine sky.

All three of Maggie Point Townhome’s bedrooms are located on the lower level and are designed with guests’ comfort in mind. In the master bedroom, a plush bed, flat screen television and private bathroom featuring a walk-in dual headed shower and two sinks, create a lovely vacation oasis. There is also access to the back patio and hot tub through a sliding glass door in this space. Bedroom two offers a cozy bed and a flat screen television, and shares a bathroom boasting a bathtub/shower combination with the third bedroom. Geared for the younger vacationers in the group, the third bedroom offers multiple bedding, a flat screen television and a DVD player. If extra lodging is needed, a sleeper sofa in the living room can accommodate two additional guests.

Maggie Point Townhome sits just a half of a block from the shuttle, a half of a mile from Main Street and one mile from the base of Peak 9. Personal vehicles are welcome as this charming townhome offers one garage space along with one outdoor parking space.
