Ideally designed for entertaining multiple families and large groups, the main level features an open layout that includes the living room, dining area, kitchen and breakfast nooks into a massive space for the entire group to gather. Forming the focal point of the residence, the large great room is set under vaulted ceilings and framed by large windows revealing spectacular mountain views. Relax beside the gas fireplace to enjoy the views or watch an exciting game on the large flatscreen television. The nearby wet bar with wine cooler and bar sink overlooks the living room while the adjacent game table provides a place to play cards, board games, or indulge in a puzzle! Hook up your phone to the in-house stereo system and listen your favorite music throughout the entire main level.

Raised a few step above the living room, the well-appointed gourmet kitchen will impress the chefs in the group. Featuring a large island with seating, 48-inch professional dual oven, six-burner gas range, and two dishwashers, preparing meals will be easy and enjoyable. The kitchen is set between two dining areas, one with two large breakfast nooks and the formal dining area with large table and seating for 10+. 

Head down to the lower level family room boasting a large wet bar with bar-style seating, sink, dishwasher, bar fridge, and ice maker, everything you need to host a lively après ski happy hour. A large flatscreen television, pool table, and foosball table will provide endless entertainment beside the warm gas fireplace. After a day of exciting mountain adventure, retire to the adjacent theatre room for movie night.

Outdoor entertaining begins with a deck off the kitchen complete with barbecue gas grill, table, and mountain views. A few steps off of the deck is a gas fire pit with natural stone seating. Behind the home is a large patio featuring the private hot tub while the steam shower is located in the bathroom by the hot tub, the ideal amenities to help relieve those sore muscles after skiing or hiking.

Seven bedrooms with three King suites and two bunk rooms provide sleeping for even the largest of groups. Six of the seven bedrooms feature ensuite bathrooms for the utmost privacy. The bunk rooms are conveniently located next to the suites so families can have their own separate spaces to relax and unwind. Two of the suites have private fireplaces and balconies. A high end gaming computer is provided for gamers and/or a workstation for zoom meetings.

SKI-IN/SKI-OUT ACCESS:

Majestic Mountain Lodge is situated on a hillside below the Four O’clock Ski Run. Skiing in is accomplished by exiting the ski trail about 100 yards above the lodge and skiing to the back door on the “Fairy Trail” which runs directly behind the house. Skiing out is accomplished by skiing down the “Fairy Trail” about 150 yards where the trial merges with Four O’clock Run. The Snowflake Lift then provides access to Peak 8. You will be required to cross the road to get to the lift. A ski room is located at the back door of the house for gearing up for a day on the slopes.
