Enter onto the first floor of the three story residence where you will find the first of two bunk rooms, this one is outfitted with a Twin bunk bed that accesses the adjacent hall 3/4 bathroom with slate floors and granite counters. Head up the stairs to encounter the expansive and open living space featuring hardwood floors and nine foot ceilings. The living room offers a sectional sofa and matching arm chair with foot rest set in front of a gas fireplace, flat screen television, and access to the first of the two decks on this level offering outdoor seating and a gas grill. The modern and well stocked kitchen boasts granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with a breakfast that seats 4 and sits adjacent to the dining table with seating for 6. 

The second bedroom is just to the right of the stairs on the main floor. Furnished with a Queen bed and flat screen television, this bedroom utilizes the full bathroom boasting a walk in shower, sandstone tile, and granite counters located just outside in the hall. Up the second flight of stairs on the third level resides the master suite with vaulted ceiling, a King bed and love seat, flat screen television, and en suite bathroom with two sinks and walk in shower with dual shower heads. Across from the master suite is the fourth bedroom, equipped with a Queen bed plus a Twin bunk bed and a Full futon, as well as a pack 'n play, rocker and play-mat all stored in the closet, this is the perfect place for kids to escape. The en suite bathroom with tub/shower and projector TV and screen are enough to keep the children busy for hours.

Additional amenities include a laundry room with full sized washer/dryer, a two car garage for multiple cars, and an extra parking space (making a total of three) across the driveway. The city bus stop is located at the entrance of this townhome community and drops riders off at the base of the mountain.
