Step into the main level living room of this 4 bedroom residence with 3 bathrooms to find a comfortably furnished sitting area in front of a gas fireplace and television. Open to the living room, the spacious kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and a breakfast bar with seating for 4 guests. Off of the kitchen is a dining room equipped with bench and chair seating for six guests. Step out back from the living room to find a private hot tub and outdoor dining table on the patio

Four bedrooms are distributed over the two levels of the residence to accommodate up to 10 guests with children in the group. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedrooms is located on the upper level and includes a private bathroom with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub and walk-in shower. Two upper level bedrooms share a hall bathroom, one is equipped with a Queen bed while the other offers a Full over Full bunk. Located off of the living area on the main level, the final guest bedroom has a Queen bed and utilizes a bathroom shared with the living space.
