With 300 square feet of lush living space, guest rooms can accommodate up to four guests. A flat screen television with a DVD player and rental movies, plus cable/satellite provide relaxing in-room entertainment. You’ll also find a coffeemaker/tea service and a dining table for two. Luxurious marble bathrooms feature a shower/bathtub combination and a hair dryer.

One Bedroom Condominium

Comfortably accommodating up to four guests, each 950 square foot condo boasts a cozy living room offering a sofa bed and a fireplace, along with a large flat screen television with a DVD player, rental movies and cable/satellite.  There’s a fully equipped kitchen with all your cooking essentials, plus a quaint breakfast bar and a dining table that seats six guests. In the guest room, a plush king bed, an additional television and large window make you feel right at home.

Pamper yourself in the marble bathroom, which offers a separate bathtub and shower, plus a relaxing jetted tub. Condos also boast the convenience of a washer and dryer.

Two Bedroom Condominium

Each two bedroom condo boasts 1,200 square feet of living space, designed to comfortably accommodate up to eight guests. The living room offers a cozy fireplace, two sofa beds, a writing desk and a large flat screen television with a DVD player, rental movies and cable/satellite. You’ll enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, stocked with all your necessities, plus a charming breakfast bar and dining table with seating for six. Each bedroom offers a king sized bed, a large flat screen television and a lovely view.

Two bedroom condos feature two elegant bathrooms, adorned with marble and offering showers, bathtubs and a separate jetted tub. A full sized washer and dryer also add to the ease and convenience of your stay at the Marriott’s Summit Watch.  

Guests are in close proximity to Park City Mountain Resort’s Town Lift for access to the slopes, along with Main Street’s restaurants, retail shops and nightlife.
