There are two different ways to enter the loft; through a door beside one of Main Street’s hip galleries and up a flight of stairs, or via the private elevator located in the ski locker room next to the parking garage in the alley. Open and spacious, the living room sits on the upper level of the penthouse with all the rooms flowing together. A generous amount of windows bring in the natural light and offer exceptional mountain views while a large flat screen television with surround sound and a contemporary gas fireplace add to the relaxing atmosphere. Access to a south-facing balcony is found via fold away doors and expands the living space. Up a few steps, a gourmet kitchen features top-of-the-line professional appliances, a breakfast bar with two stools and a breakfast nook with seating for up to six guests. Fold-away doors from the kitchen lead to an oversized deck boasting a gas grill, cozy lounge seating and overlooks the hustle and bustle of Main Street. A bright dining area boasts a large table which can accommodate up to ten guests. On the first floor of the Meribel Penthouse, a home theater which also doubles as a fourth bedroom offering two Twin daybeds, includes a a massive wall-mounted flat screen television.

The first level also boasts the primary suite appointed with a King bed and boasting mountain views and a private deck with a lounge area. A steam shower and high-end fixtures elevate the private bathroom. Two additional guest rooms sit on the same level; one is furnished with two sets of Twin Bunk beds and shares an attached ¾ bathroom with a stand up shower with the home theater, while the other is offers a Queen bed, a flat screen television and a private full bathroom.
