Quality furnishings are centered on a gas stove and flatscreen television in the living area with access to the deck through a glass door. Accommodating 6 guests, the adjacent dining area flows into the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar seating 4 guests. 

After a day of mountain fun, escape to the the rooftop deck to enjoy the stunning panoramic views of Steamboat Springs. The ski area is straight ahead, town to the west, and Emerald Mountain to the south. Relax in the private rooftop hot tub or sit with a snack or meal at the bartop table.

Four bedrooms are distributed over the three levels to comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Located on the third level is the primary suite with a large picture window, King bed, and a spacious en-suite bathroom with a walk-in closet. The two additional bedrooms on this level include a bunk room with a Twin over Full bunk bed and a split King / 2 XL Twin beds bedroom, both with access to the full bathroom in the hallway. On the ground level is a Queen bedroom with en-suite bathroom and access to the heated garage for ski storage.

Just a quick shuttle to the mountain or downtown, Metropolitan House lives up to its name of giving you city-like conveniences but in the heart of this quaint mountain town. Guests enjoy complimentary use of the on-call shuttle, mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis. This home offers air conditioning for summer stays.
