Framed by large windows and vaulted ceilings, the main level Great Room of this 8 bedroom luxury vacation home with 8 bathrooms features a comfortably furnished living room centered on a gas fireplace and television. Stone, wood and tile combine with leather furnishings and Western-themed appointments to create a rustic yet elegant atmosphere for the entire group to entertain in this open space. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area seating 10 guests with an additional three stools at the breakfast bar. Chefs in the group will love the gourmet kitchen boasting high-end appliances, custom cabinetry and granite countertops.

Step down to the lower level family room offering a cozy sitting area with a large television, pool table and access to the back patio where the private hot tub awaits to soothe the muscles after a day of mountain adventure. Another living room is located in the apartment set above the garage, ideal for couples wanting a little more privacy away from the larger group, this space is outfitted with a living room, bathroom and King bed.

Seven additional bedrooms are located in the main residence, including the apartment Mont Vista Chateau comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Furnished with a King bed, the primary bedroom on the main level includes a gas fireplace, private deck and private bathroom equipped with a dual-sink vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower. Three guest bedrooms are perched on the upper level and include private bathrooms, sit off of the loft space that has a desk area, and are furnished with King beds in two of the rooms while the other has a Queen bed. On the lower level are three guest bedrooms, one with two Queen beds, another with one Queen bed plus Twin bunks, and the third has one Queen bed.
