With vaulted ceilings and an elegant, open feel, the living room boasts a leather sofa with two coordinating love seats perfectly placed in front of a cozy fireplace and a large television. In the adjacent gourmet kitchen, you’ll find beautiful granite counters, high-end appliances and all your cooking essentials, plus a lovely island breakfast bar with three stools and two high-top chairs. Two neighboring dining tables provide enough seating for your whole crew, while across the space, a set of sliding glass doors leads to a sizable balcony, offering fresh mountain air, seating and a soothing private hot tub. Another popular spot at Monte Vista Residence is the lower level family room. Here, guests can congregate on the large sectional sofa to watch the big game or a movie, while enjoying a cozy fire, or challenge each other to a game of pool on the full-sized billiards table. Grab a beverage in the adjacent bar, which offers a wine fridge, a microwave, all your glassware and more, along with four leather bar stools. Adding to the ease and convenience of this tri-level getaway, there are two separate laundry areas, a ski-prep room and a large heated two-car garage.

Furnished with the priority of a good night’s rest, three well-appointed bedrooms are comfortably outfitted to sleep up to 12 guests. In the spacious master, you’ll enjoy a private fireplace, a flat screen television and outdoor access, while guest room two boasts several plush beds, a private balcony and a private full bathroom.
