Moondance Lodge, located on the slopes of the Big Sky Resort, offers the height of luxury and convenience for the ultimate Big Sky vacation experience. Nestled among the trees with access to the skis slopes a short stroll from the front door, this private vacation retreat is equipped with five bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms for up to 13 guests. Stretch out, unwind and enjoy your alpine escape surrounding by a rustic, yet elegant mountain aesthetic, along with a wonderful array of entertaining vacation amenities.

With vaulted ceilings and massive floor-to-ceiling windows, the living room is sunny and inviting, offering ample plush furnishings, an enormous flat screen television, and a cozy fireplace. In the adjacent kitchen, you’ll find all the culinary staples, including stainless appliances, plenty of counter/prep space and a lovely island with a second sink. When it comes to dining, there’s a breakfast bar with three stools, a natural wood kitchen table with bench seating, plus a neighboring dining area boasting a large table for eight. Also on this level, around the corner from the living room, a sunny den features a charming seating area to relax and catch up on the day’s events.

Generous in size and accessible from the living room, dining area, kitchen and den, the outdoor deck is the perfect spot to take in the sheer beauty of the area. The expansive deck includes several seating areas and a relaxing private hot tub, along with an outdoor dining space with a table, grill, and outdoor fireplace. Designed for entertainment, Moondance Lodge also features a lower level family room your guests will adore. On one side, you’ll find comfortable leather sofas and a home theater, while the other end boasts a pool table and a convenient wet bar. If business finds its way into your vacation plans, an upstairs office includes a desk with a computer and printer, plus cozy sofas for relaxing and reading.

Five guest bedrooms are spread throughout this welcoming alpine retreat, furnished with your overall comfort in mind. Perched on the upper level, the master bedroom is furnished with quality bedding, a large flat screen television, and boasts a small deck, along with a luxurious private bathroom. Situated on the lower level, bedroom two has a rustic, lodgepole pine ambiance as well as its own bathroom, while the third and fourth guest rooms are comfy and warm, with a shared full bathroom. Bedroom five sits above the garage and includes a variety of bedding plus a private bathroom.

Designed with ski vacation convenience as its focus, Moondance Lodge has a large prep room featuring benches, hooks and cubbies, plus 10 boot dryer/warmers. In this same area, you’ll find a large capacity washer and dryer and ample storage space. During peak snow season, Moondance Lodge has direct access to the White Otter/Cascade Lifts at Big Sky Resort (ski access is snow-dependent).
