Upon entering this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom private vacation home you encounter an expansive great room divided by an impressive river rock fireplace that rises two stories on the living room side. Vaulted ceilings and a wall of windows showcasing inspiring mountain views frame the comfortably furnishing living room centered on a flatscreen television and including a high-top bar table. Step out onto the deck through glass doors in the living room to get a closer look at those views while relaxing in the private hot tub. 

On the opposite side of the fireplace from the living room find a dining table with seating for 8 guests and the adjacent kitchen. Boasting stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, the kitchen is stocked for the chefs in the group to prepare tasty meals. In addition to the basic tools, you’ll find a slow cooker, food processor, stand mixer, air fryer, and blender. There’s a Keurig duo coffee machine, which makes single pods or you can fresh grind coffee and make a full pot. Another access point to the deck is off the dining area for convenience to the barbecue grill.

Overlooking the living room is a large loft area hosting a pool table and flatscreen television. Perfect for the kids, the upper level bedroom that is located off of the loft is furnished with two bunk beds, one with a Twin on top and Full on the bottom plus a Twin trundle bed that pulls out from underneath and the other with a Twin on top and bottom. The loft and bunk bedroom utilize the half bathroom on the main level or the full bathroom in the upper level primary bedroom.

Accessed by a separate set of stairs off of the landing leading up to the loft and upper bedroom, the primary suite is outfitted with a King bed, gas fireplace, private deck, and private bathroom with a dual sink vanity, jetted tub, and steam shower. Three bedrooms are located on the lower level including another King suite with a private bathroom. Two bedrooms share a hall bathroom, one offers a King bed while the other is equipped with a Queen bed.
