Morning View Lodge is situated on 2 gorgeous acres high above downtown Breckenridge with panoramic mountain views and easy access to the ski slopes and Main Street just a five minute drive down the hill with the Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle just 1.5 block walk away. The shuttle makes stops in the neighborhood every 20 minutes and is a perfect way to travel the 2 miles to the downtown area. Featuring a mountain rustic elegance and expansive layout with 5 luxurious bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms this exceptional vacation home is perfectly equipped for groups of up to 15 guests.
Framed by walls of windows and set under vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and knotty pine walls, the living room presents an inviting space to relax in front of the fireplace. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, the kitchen overlooks the living room and adjacent dining area. Step out of the glass doors to the large deck offering a barbecue grill and private hot tub. Enjoy a game of pool in the lower level billiard room or watch a movie in the adjacent den with unique lounge chair and comfy sofa. A spacious storage room provides ample space to stow ski gear and winter wear.
Five bedrooms are spread throughout the three levels of the home with two on the upper level, one on the main level, and two on the lower level. The main level master suite boasts vaulted ceilings, a King bed, balcony access, and a private en-suite bathroom with a large glass-enclosed shower and a soaking tub. Two bedrooms share a bathroom on the upper level, one is furnished with Two Queen beds while the other offers a Queen-over-Queen Bunk bed plus a Twin bed. The two remaining bedrooms are on the lower level, each includes a Queen bed with one sharing the family room bathroom while the other has a private bathroom.
Home supplies include initial stocking of paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, tissues), bathroom toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, amenities kit-cotton balls, Q-tips, sewing kit), and detergents (dish, dishwasher and laundry) as well as high-end bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchens are stocked with cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and standard small appliances.
