Comfortable furnishings are centered on a gas fireplace and flatscreen television in the cozy living room with access to the back deck with a barbecue grill and private hot tub through glass doors. Dining for six guests is accommodated at the adjacent dining table with an additional four stools at the breakfast bar. Overlooking the dining and living areas, the fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances and butcher block countertops. Also on this level is a bathroom with a combination shower/sauna.

Two bedrooms on the second level share a full bathroom with a dual sink vanity and combination tub/shower, one is furnished with a Queen bed and the other is a bunk room with a Captain's Bunk that has a Twin on top and Queen on the bottom plus a Queen Trundle that pulls out from underneath the bunk. Occupying the top level is a bedroom equipped with a King bed and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.
