After a day of fun in the mountains relax in the comfort of the spacious great room featuring a comfortably furnished living room set under vaulted ceilings with a large sectional sofa, gas fireplace, and full-length windows exposing stunning views. Open to the living room, the gourmet kitchen boasts GE Monogram appliances including dual dishwashers, custom cabinetry, a warming drawer, and a large center island with bar seating for four guests. A corner breakfast nook seats 5 while the adjacent dining area seats 10 guests. In warmer months, enjoy the use of a grill on the deck and watch the sunset behind the mountain peaks.

Venture down to the lower level family room centered on a cozy sitting area with a television and gas fireplace, a wet bar with fridge and microwave, plus a  game area with a pool table and a foosball table. Slip outside for a soak in the private hot tub, located on the side of the house, nestled privately in the trees and under the majestic Colorado sky.

Furnished with a King bed, the primary suite is located on the main level and includes a wall-mounted television, cozy fireplace, and private bathroom equipped with dual sinks, an inviting soaking tub, and a large walk-in dual-head shower and steam room. Next door, a private office space is great for remote workers with high-speed WIFI, a Queen-sized murphy bed, and an adjoining full bathroom. Located on the lower level is a guest bedroom appointed with a King bed plus a Twin bunk bed, television and desk area, and a private bathrooms.

Three guest bedrooms are located on the upper level. One of the upper level bedrooms offers a Queen bed and private bathroom. Down the hall is a bunkroom outfitted with a two Twin beds over a Queen bunk and a jack and jill bathroom shared with the final bedroom appointed with a Queen bed.

Additional amenities include a garage with an extra refrigerator and parking for 5 cars plus an oxygen enrichment system for the primary bedroom, bunk bedroom and downstairs king and bunk bedroom suite.

Complimentary on-call shuttle service available mid-November through mid-April, using the convenient shuttle app to schedule pickups. The use of the shuttle is on a first-come, first-served basis.
