Featuring an open layout that is ideally appointed for entertaining, the main level of this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom residence is an open living space with comfortable furnishings arranged in front of a wall-mounted television. This space flows seamlessly to the dining area with seating for 6 guests and adjacent breakfast bar providing an additional 4 spots for dining. Overlooking the dining area and living room, the kitchen is equipped with all of the essential appliances for preparing tasty meals throughout your vacation.

Located on the lower level, the family room offers another space for entertaining with a sofa arranged in front of a wall-mounted television. Enjoying all of Steamboat's fun is convenient from this central location with the ski slopes a 10 minute drive away and free shuttle service just a 5 minute walk from the door. Local parks include Little Toots Park and West Lincoln Park -- each of which is a 7-minute walk. During warmer months, walk six minutes to the Blackmere Trailhead or five minutes to the Yampa River Core Trail.

This three-story duplex vacation home sleeps eight guests between three bedrooms and an additional sleeping space in the family room. Sleep soundly on a Queen bed in the upper level primary suite which includes a private bathroom configured with a walk-in shower. Two upper level guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, both are equipped with Queen beds. Doubling as the fourth bedroom, the family room offers a Twin over Double bunk bed and accesses a full bathroom on the lower level.
