At over 3,300 square feet, this five bedroom private home rental with five bathrooms offers ample space for groups of up to thirteen guests to enjoy a relaxing Steamboat vacation with all of the comforts of home. Whether utilizing the private shuttle service offered during the winter months to get to the slopes or downtown Steamboat in the evening or taking the ten minute walk to the beginner slopes guests will find Mountain Time Place to be an ideal choice for its convenience to all that Steamboat has to offer.Open yet cozy, the main level living area features comfortable furnishings set around a stone-framed fireplace with large windows that allow for inspiring views of the surrounding mountains. Adjacent to the living room is a dining area with a rustic table and chair combination seating up to eight guests that provides a true feeling of being in the mountains. Also open to the living room, the full kitchen features a large breakfast bar with seating for four guests. Through the wall of windows that frames the entire living and dining areas guests have access to a large deck with a private hot tub. On the lower level is a second living room with a Queen Sleeper Sofa, kitchenette, and bedroom equipped with a Queen bed, this space can act as a mother-in-law apartment where guests can enjoy privacy from the group yet still be part of the overall dynamic.
Well equipped for large groups or multiple families, Mountain Time Place boasts five bedrooms including the lower level room off of the family room. Two master suits offer Queen beds and feature private bathrooms. Two of the guest bedrooms equipped with Two Twin beds in each are designed for singles or kids. And the fifth bedroom has a Captain's Bunk with a Twin on top and a Double on the bottom.
