Stretching down the mountainside, this 5 bedroom duplex vacation residence with 4.5 bathrooms boasts an abundance of space with all of the comforts of home to accommodate up to 13 guests within its multi-level layout.

Centered on an impressive stacked stone fireplace and large flatscreen television, the living room features plush sofas and oversized armchairs set under vaulted ceilings and framed by large windows that allow the spectacular mountain views to pour into the living space. Located adjacent to the living area, the kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with seating for 3 guests. Rounding off this open great room is a circular dining table with seating for 8 guests. Spiral stairs lead to the loft which has been setup as the ultimate hangout space complete with a poker table and shuffleboard table. Multiple decks off of the living area and lower level include outdoor furnishings, a barbecue grill, and access to the private hot tub.

Situated on the main level, the primary bedroom is furnished with a King bed, flatscreen television, and includes a private bathroom with a deep soaker tub, walk-in shower, and dual-sink vanity. Two guest bedrooms sharing a bathroom are on the second, entry level along with a gear storage area and boot dryers. One of the bedrooms on this level is outfitted with three Twin beds, two of which can be combined into a King, while the other has a Queen Murphy Bed (real bed that folds into the wall). The two guest bedrooms on the lower level each have private bathrooms, one is equipped with a King bed while the other has two sets of Twin over Twin bunk beds.

Groups of up to 26 guests can be accommodated by renting the other side of the duplex, Mountainside South which is a near mirror of the north side, to make a ten bedroom private residence with two of everything! Guests should take into consideration that both sides of the residence share a narrow driveway, there is a one car garage for each side and room for one car to park in the driveway when renting both sides.
